Assalamualaikum… Haha… Kali nie sy nak crita psl menu berbuka puasa 2nd day plak… *ceh, da mcm kls memasak plak* haha… Ok, menu pilihan kami kali nie ialah :

Sup ayam. Simple jek… Err… sbnrny nie gambar sup yg dah tgl saki baki jek… Kmi trluper nak amek gambo sblum kitorg melapah sup ini… FYI, buka puasa 2nd day memg trlupe lgsung nak amek gambar…. Hehehe…. Jd, sy cme upload gambar saki baki mknn yg ade shj… Hrp maaf…Tp, ade jugak menu laen yg kitorg wat, malangny xdpt nak amek gambar…. Adesh…. ni menu laen, sy tpkse bg list jek la…. Sorry…

#3 : Sawi masak s0s tiram. Gambor xde la… Hehe…. Tu sajek menu utk 2nd day… Simple jek… Tu pun sbb pasar tmpt sy tutup ari khamis…. Haha… So kmi xbeli ape2… Msk ape yg ade dlm fridge… Sekian sje…. Bye…!!

Juadah Ramadan 1

Assalamualaikum – *rseny bru prtama kali sy bg slm dlm pnulisan blog sy*

Haha.. Kali nie sy nk crita psl hri prtma kmi berbuka brsma.. Tp, biasalah, kami xbiasa memasak… Memg sgt junior la dlm bidang seni kulinari nie… Oleh itu, xpyh la nk expect sesuatu dish tu hebat gle… Ala ala jek… BTW, kitorg sgt puas hati la dgn hasilny…. Nak tau ape juadahny…?? Haha… Tgklah…!!

Ni lah ikan siakap “sweet sour” yg kami msk..!! Betapa susah pyhny sy menyiang (membersihkan) ikan ini.. Xpenah seumur hidup sy menyiang ikan… *hehehe* 1st tyme tu..!! Seterusny, menu kami yg lain ialah :

Ikan bkr (yg trbkr hangus) berempah … hahaha – rempahny ade kt dlm bdn ikan tu – kene selit.. hahaha… Rempah beli yg ready-made punyer – rempah asam pedas cap ikan brand , yg dibeli kt giant Plentong bbrpa bulan yg lps – xpenah gune lg pun… Ni gambar ikan tu sblum dibkr… :

Next ialah :

Masak lemak labu & kacang panjang. Sy sgt suka labu msk lemak… Hurmmm…. Marveellous…!! Menu seterusny ialah :

terung rebus cicah sambal assam – memg best…!!

Tidak lupa juga kepada sotong sardin & telur dadar goreng yg ayh msk untuk sahur 1st kami.. Da lme xmakan sotong dlm tin itu…err, ni bukan lauk utk buka, tp nie lauk lebihan sahur – syg nak buang… hahaha….

Hahaha… Memg sdp sgt lauk-pauk di atas… Mkn bsme dgn org yg tsyg memg mgenyangkan… Oh, btw, ni 1st tyme sy masuk dapur dan buat kje2 dapur spt memasak dan menyiang ikan… Kalu stkat cuci pinggan mangkuk tu dah biase… Tp lps ni kje2 memasak pun sy kne biasekn….

Maklum la, sblum kawin sy nk kne handal memasak juga…. Skrg ni dlm prancangan nk simpan duit beli oven… Nk try baking plak… hehehe…. Jom bljr memasak bsme2…!! Jpe lg dlm next entry : Juadah Ramadan 2

Ramadan Ayegi…

Haha… At last dtg juga Ramadan kpd ku.. I mean kpd semua muslim & muslimah.. Wawawah…. Walaupun kdtgn Ramadan adalah suatu kdtgn yg mulia, kadangkala kita tidak dpt mengelakkan diri dri melakukan kesilapan & kekurangan.. Kekhilafan yg dilakukan bukan brpuncha dri tipu daya syaitan & iblis, tetapi brpuncha dri hawa nafsu kita sendiri.. Knp kita tidak dpt mndidik & menduduk kn hawa nafsu kita sendiri ? Semuany kerana keimanan yg masih blum cukup kukuh, masih rapuh, masih goyah.. Dan kerana itulah, buat julung kaliny, blog kali ini akan diisi dgn prkara2 yg telah brlaku dr Ramadan pertama sehingga ke hari ini..

Mmandgkn sy skrg bermastautin di N9, amatlah sukar utk sy mndpt cuti Awal Ramadan spt manusia2 yg tgl di Johor, Kedah & Melaka dpt.. Dan disbbkn itulah sy telah mengatur bbrp strategi utk mmbolehkn sy brpuassa pertama kali tahun ini brsma kluarga sy yg sgt sy sygi (ayh, al0ng, meen, azza, azwan, azira & waldan – atuk us0p trmasuklah since die ikut kami brpuasa spnjg sy balik umah)..

Apekah strategi yg telah sy rancang & laksanakan ?? :

#1 : Yg penting skali ialah beli tiket balik (10-08-2010) – kalu lmbt beli & abesh, meraung la jiwa ini…

#2 : Pakat dgn bbrp org k0nc02 sy utk t0long c0verina kn kekhilafan yg sy buat sempena puasa ni…

#3 : Ape lg… Naik bas le blik BP..!!

#4 : Dok dlm bas utk tgu smpai BP sambil brfikir tntg apekah alasan yg prlu digunapakai oleh k0nc02 sy utk mengc0verina kn sy nti… *adesh*

#5 : Sebarkan segala idea bernas kpd k0nc02 sy..

#6 : Akhirny sampai jua di BP jam 9.15p.m – lepak jap kt Restoran Zam Zam ngn Ayh & Azwan. hahaha….

Walaubagaimanapun, kerisauan yg amat apabila sy memikirkan consequences yg bkl sy hdpi bila sy laksanakan rancaangan tersebut…. Namun, keredho-an telah sy tanamkan dlm jiwa & raga sy… Nekad… semata2 sbb sy nak brsama keluarga sy di mana wat prtama kaliny kami semua brpuasa tanpa seorg insan yg telah melahirkan sy & adik-bradik sy.. Entahlah… Kpd Pn Rohaya, semoga Puan sentiasa gembira & sihat & kaya apabila tgl brjauhan dri kluarga anda.. Kami sentiasa mendoakan kesejahteraan anda di Pulau Pinang sna..

Aahhh… Xkesah la u’olls… Yg penting sy dpt bersahur & berbuka dgn fmily sy kini… Haha… Bohot khusyu’ (sgt gembira)– kalu xsilap la – Hindustan pny pengaruh… Hahaha…. Kepada Ayh , Along , Azza , Azwan , Azi , Waldan & terutamanya Amin – be strong, aja aja fighting, jia yao, mahinang ku – dan ape2 lg yg boleh membawa maksud “u can do it”.. Xperlu lg kita memikirkan org yg dah gone-for-good.. Ape yg penting skrg ni ialah kita pikirkan ape yg kita nak buat utk keep-lives-go on.. Araso..??
